Just a thought here, but I feel like the "high powered" partner is NOT ONCI. They are from Vancouver correct? NECA is based out of Atlanta. Jeff had a business meeting in New York that he tweeted of recently. Why would ONCI and NECA meet in New York? That doesn't make sense to me. I think it is a different partner.... just IMO. Could be potentially huge news. GLA with NECA!
