Seems that Austrianova's core business is manufacturing master and working cell banks for whomever.

Assuming the deal is similar to the one PMCB has, Austrianova will be paid to produce the cell banks, paid per syringe, and will receive a royalty stream from any revenues down the road.

I know nothing about Chinese "equivalent" FDA trials, but I'm assuming such medical trials are much faster and less costly in China compared to the US.

If I were Austrianova's lawyer I'd be primarily concerned not with IP theft, but with accounting tricks. Specifically, the costs of the hair regrowth system being structured in such a way as to generate net losses. Austrianova would get nada if technically there were no revenues.

I'm sure that could be avoided by charging more per syringe etc etc. Just wondering out loud here that IP theft isn't the primary worry, being screwed out of royalty fees is.
