Well only if they do not submit a new one.
If they are submitting it will be coming after the close IMOP.
I personally think new CEO is far better than old one who is I think actually get fired, he went to far smaller company and its a pay cut. He might try to sell GNC to Fred.
New CEO has experience from ALDI which is way more successful than many, even it is giving run for the money to behemoth of Walmart in Virginia.
Yes after 18 month stock should trade above 10 IMOP if this deal goes through.
