Yr Wifi/Router-Quality can affect yr Internet-Speed!! You need to be hard-wired to the device that runs the Viva App, or you must increase yr internet Speed with yr Internet-Service provider!!
The Speed-Test on the Viva App is only meant to show how good your internet quality is!!
Viva aint Liable for the quality of that internet Speed!

Maybe in the Future when Viva Starts to provide internet-service,,,then they will be Liable for the internet quality too,,,but they aint liable as of Now!!

Ive only ever done a speed test on viva so i have no comparison point.

But my old phone was a POS with a broken WiFi antenna. I could only get reception within 10 feet of the router. But when in range I was at 10mb. When i got out of range it would drop to 3, but the entire connection would drop for everything 1 foot later

My new phone gets like 75 and ive seen my gfs hit 90.

My house has 100mb internet

If your Router is close to the TV or the ROKU Box or to VIVA Box ,,,please only use ethernet wires from router to Viva Box or to Roku Box then HDMI video signal to TV!! If yr TV has an ethernet port behind and has a Roku App installed on the TV ,,,,,Run a hard wired ethernet cable directly to your TV,,,then use the Roku app to download the viva App and you will be OK!!
