$23.00-$45.00 would be incredible. Question is, what time frame would we be looking at? 6 months, 1 year, 5 years? I have the patience to wait a year or two, as long as the share price gradually increases and we leave the under $5.00 levels behind us for good. I'm looking at this as an investment and not a flip.
If it is, in fact, a $23-45 stock and today is selling for $2.80, then it sure as heck is anything but a "speculative" buy. The words you are groping for are slam dump, sure thing, etc., etc., etc.
