While you live in a state that smokes dope (which I am sure you do!). I live in a GOP state and have met with GOP reps. They believe in the rule of law; and I have been told directly that shareholders must be compensated.

Pay close attention to the wording in the articles.

RNC said they "CAN" execute the warrants. Not "WILL".

There's a big difference between Can and Will.
