And if the building has been CONTRACTUALLY LEASED(and payments are being made as we speak while waiting on South African POLITICIANS-MUTANTS to make up their minds), then most definitely yes?
I do not but they might get something that sounds good but if you read between the lines will be BS. I think whatever they put out in a PR will amount to zero in future business.
