To be honest I'm not familiar with that Anico/NHG suit you referenced.

I was of the opinion that this will all be settled once the Bankruptcy/Receivership is finalized.

At what stage is this current suit and where is it being litigated??? (link doesn't work)

I don't deny that large sums are being sought but assumptions are being made that the charges will be proven "in court".

There is also a prospect that the case could be settled for a much smaller amount as evidenced in the DB/FDIC case.

In any event, how will the outcome here affect us Escrow Holders if the plaintiffs are successful???
