Lind is not the only company with shares to burn.

Alberta Star(name changed to Elysee),also has warrants that will be null and void in October, 2017, so they too could be selling shares to exercise the warrants. or they already exercised and are selling.
Or.... Someone else is suppressing the price so that they will decide not to exercise.

I also recall LCP using the name of an individual associated with Alberta Star on an attack on Mark S. "Just ask (proper name)" was his statement. That was a while back(more than a year) and I'm not sure if it was this board or Stockhouse he was doing this, but at the time I looked up the name and it was associated with Alberta Star.

Anyways my point is there are many warrants out there, but Alberta Star warrants are at the end of the line in October @ $.55
