I wonder if all three conditions must be met, or just one. I may have to research this more. I don't see the 15% reference.

I though dissenters just had to have over 1% of the outstanding shares.

On the record date, August 25, 2017, we had 132,283,256 shares of common stock outstanding.

Dissenters must have over 1.32 million shares.

Does the value of the dissenter shares have to be worth over $1 million, or the total consideration for the company (which is $11.5 million).

I'm waiting until next week to overnight my dissenter rights notice, well before the vote, if I send them in
