I agree 4th quarter will be significant. I've been in some high stress positions in my life. It was always the best part of any job for me. I'd bet Derek and crew is loving every minute. The worst job I ever had where it was already a perfectly well running operation and just minor tweaking was all that was necessary. What a boring job that was!

Can not wait for the stock price to get high enough to shake off the fleas.
