I heard the call and wasn't very impressed. The one thing that stood out I tweeted.

"comps themselves to $ABEO $VYGR $BOLD $RGNX 300-500m MC yet progress comps more to $ADVM $AGTC ($DMTX pre merg) i.e. < CASH"

ITEK has 50M convert that I presume the holders will cash out if the deal goes through so that means newco only gets ~50M infusion. Endpoints said they had done a $25M round earlier. I don't think they deserve a 250M +/- valuation. If we are talking valuing like the comps I listed they should sell for closer to $35M :-).
