1. 20 Billion shares Available as of October 20th , 2016 ( 5 Billion new shares already flushed on the bid...now over 13 Billion Shares In the float
2. 3 Reverse splits under Toby's watch
3. No updates or evidence of the MEXICAN POO-POO Phantom September 300 Million plus...Bottle Production Run ..remember IT WAS THE PRINTER'S FAULT LMFAO
4. No evidence that the Walmart Meeting ever took place....as a matter of fact....the only thing we know for sure was an old internet photo published by Toby...a Fake essentially..
5. Stock trading at the lowest possible price allowed by law 0.0001...and that's after a very recent Reverse Split.
6. 5,000,000 $$$ ( 5 ) million dollars missing in Investors money with basically nothing to show for it.
7. 3 1/2 Generations of Investors who have basically ...for lack of a better phrase...been EXTERMINATED
8. Triple Certified and Double Notarized as a Scam by my CPA
