The 13.5 mil claim from Owler? That was proved to be bunk earlier in the day. Owler is like Wikipedia... anyone can edit / add company information. I can edit that page and make the revs 100 million if I wanted to. Not sure if there's somewhere else you are referencing.
I guess the Insider Financial article is referencing the 6 million rev number listed on ZoomInfo, but without seeing Modevity's books, we really don't know. We don't know how up to date that information is. It could be less, it could be more. The curious thing is... if it is a 6 mil rev generating company, what is the nature of the funding for that type of acquisition? Shares, sure, but that still leaves a lot of questions about the nature of those shares and their utilization.
