Smart, I did same with Howard this morning. He asked me what I made of the restrictions, as he seemed pretty mystified. As for the loans, while admitting to being somewhat frustrated with the delays, he remains very optimistic. He also said, once again, that the timing of the proposed increase in A/s was STRICTLY due to the shareholders meeting on Oct 24, and not about some unspoken fear of the loans not going thru.
I sent several complaints in to the SEC and sent them(the company) a bunch of emails when it was being Naked shorted, assuming they would be just as pissed as I was that they were being robbed blind.
I don't know if had any effect or if they did anything, but I do know that it was off the Regsho list soon afterward.
Let's just say calling the company and letting them know what's happening now 'COULDN'T HURT'.
