The PPS (Merkur) is down 56.8% this year, 26.4% last month.
What management wouldn't do whatever was in their power to support the PPS?
The BOD of SIAF, not willing to do anything to support the PPS, can't even be bothered to extend the CC to answer the questions from their shareholders?

Snow, they obviously avoided important questions, Ask yourself what catalysts are there for the foreseeable future. Does your management team have your back? Are they capable or are they prone to more misteps? Will a egomaniac CEO really give up power or find a way to retain it? Will a rookie CFO who has a considerable amount of shares have the balls to stick up to Solomon, I think not. Will the SEC have plenty of questions and more delays?

Yes, this still could be a huge winner. However, there is plenty of time to get back in. Don't you have better choices here with your money.
