Look at the steadily declining share price and low volume even after the announcement of the shareholder letter on ihub. I firmly believe this reflects many shareholder's lack of trust in the validity of this shareholder letter. I personally emailed RO and asked a very pertinent disclosable question! Was there a shareholder letter mailed to certain shareholders, does it exist as far as coming from management? You know what the response was? I didn't get one. If there was a shareholder letter mailed to select shareholders who owned prior to 2013, why wouldn't RO release a PR statement explaining the nature of the shareholder letter and the reasoning behind the selective mailing to avoid any potential SEC violations? As of now you only heard of this letters existence through IHUB. Can't wait to hear the responses on this one. I'm hoping RO realizes he needs to address this issue by releasing a PR in regard to this question if it's a valid letter or he is potentially jeopardizing the stock with the SEC because of a security violation. If it's legit it shouldn't be any problem to post an official PR and place all shareholders at the same level of awareness when considering their decision to buy, sell, or hold. Anything short of this is no different than insider information. BIG question, has sny current shareholder been able to call management or the investor relations firm and request a copy of this letter?
