If the financials are audited, what are the bashers saying? If a big firm signs off, that's not enough. Give me a break. That's bash talk. If the financials are audited, this company will continue to be hot irrespective of whether they are filed now or in due course with the Form 10 as is appropriate.
The audit and Form 10 will come after that according to the company.
Do it in stages and do it right. Plus each step leads to a nice share price rise and kills the critics.
As for who I lovingly call my "bashers," I'm not referring to you. If I have something to say, you have to know by now that I say it, directly.
I don't think a majority are scams. I think the percentages, whatever they are, are similar all the way up the top to the NYSE. The management of NYSE companies have legit ways to steal and they do it on a grand scale. It's not just Enron. It's the 100 million dollar packages for NT management and Roth gets away scot free even though he lied through his teeth, drove his 10 cars, and the stock went from 100 to a buck.
As to educating CEO's, that's what I do. I figure if I educate them and convince them to be shareholder friendly, i.e., free from the step of excessive greed via dilution and dumping, then it's a clue that it is one of the ones that may actually make it. I often have to convince them to ignore the promoters who want to sell them quick fix deals.
It works for many of us, but it is work and hard work, not just a hobby.
