Michaelstl, try communicating directly with Kerr Mines and if they provide you with any info regarding the AGM PLEASE post the information here and the name of the person who provided it....

Business people and international investors need some warning regarding dates and transportation in and out of Toronto so if Kerr is going to be having an AGM in 2017; they need to inform the shareholders promptly imho...

(CNN)South Korea's Joint Chiefs of Staff said Friday that "North Korea fired an unidentified ballistic missile from the vicinity of Sunan, Pyongyang."

The missile "flew over Japan and toward to the North Pacific Ocean," they said.

Japan's public broadcaster NHK showed a government warning, known as the J-Alert, that "a missile" has passed over Hokkaido, northern Japan, and landed in the Pacific Ocean. NHK also stated: "The government is advising people to stay away from anything that could be missile debris."

Citing the Japanese government, NHK added that the missile landed "2,000 kilometers (about 1,240 miles) off the cape of Erimo in Hokkaido at around 7:16 AM local time."

The launch comes just hours after the rogue nation responded to the United Nations Security Council's unanimous approval of additional sanctions by threatening to "sink" Japan and reduce the US mainland into "ash and darkness" in North Korean state media.

"...North Korea 'fires missile from Pyongyang'

North Korea has fired a missile eastwards from its capital, Pyongyang, towards Japan, the South Korean and Japanese governments say.

The missile is likely to have reached an altitude of about 770km (478 miles) and travelled some 3,700km, South Korea's military said.

South Korea and the US are analysing the details of the launch, it added.

Last month, North Korea fired a missile over Japan in what Tokyo called an "unprecedented threat"to the country.

The missile launch comes just days after new sanctions were imposed on North Korea by the United Nations because of its weapons testing.

In response to the missile alert on Friday, South Korea's military conducted a ballistic missile drill in the Japan Sea, known as the East Sea, Yonhap news agency reports.
