So either a R/S is about to happen or you are telling me insiders bought back 700 million or more of the O/S on the open market and returned to treasury so that they could reduce A/S to 200 million. It has to be one of those two options, and we all know odds favor a R/S in the pinksheet shell game and recent price action and volume is not indicative of a stock with 200 million or less outstanding shares...

ADTM is a clean shell and is ideal for the CEO to utilize in a merger with his already - established companies. Reverse mergers save time and a lot of money versus the other ways of taking a company public. They are great for investors and for company management.
