Hi Striper - as part of the Form 10, the audited financials are filed. I believe the company has said that will be the next step.

I note that there have been some wormie bashers, and I use that term lovingly, who have asked why the statements aren't filed immediately.

As the company is on the pinks and its stock is not currently registered, it has to answer questions and file attachments in accordance with the instructions for the Form 10 Registration.
