JV discussions began the week of August 23rd. I figure a month is about the amount of time (minimum) needed to work out a deal. Deal could be announced this week, this month, this year, maybe next year. Who knows. Since it seems you're here for a quick buck you may want to consider selling, as a quick buck may be unlikely.
