they always were Reorganized Debtors,
but why name change?

I was on the understanding that the amount that was reallocated does not count in the RV if we are reclassed into Equity. In a conversion its all about RV so, it also dont matter if 30-40% is reallocated. Even at Redemption which is unlikely, it will not matter. The reallocation only matters in distribution. That is my understanding. Please comment.

I am not going to think too much of it but, if it is nothing, why change it? who knows. It could be nothing.
