Terrible, I don't know why people think it's a good thing. It boils down to the fact that shareholders are being robbed of serious "potential" wealth. Your potential for wealth is being diluted. Of course you can believe it or not it's only in my opinion.

PPS is EXTREMELY undervalued RS or not! Merger with Munzee reason for R/S totally different than any other R/S. Nobody likes a reverse split, but in this case it is necessary as FRZT/Munzee position themselves to be a leader in the AR mobile gaming market!! This merger is like peanut butter and jelly, ok by themselves, but GREAT together!! I also think FRZT has planned this carefully and has plenty of PR's and news coming to sustain PPS through the split and beyond!! R/S scared away many but smart money has been scooping up shares along the way and many here believe a pre split run could occur running PPS as high as .05-.10 with the right PR's and announcements! We'll see!

No...This is bigger, it's a reverse merger. An unheard type of reverse merger on OTC. Reverse merger into real company with real product. Not just R/M into shell. R/S is a small part of this and not the real news. Other so called OTC experts probably have never even seen this type of play and understandably are confused.
