Yikes! touch screens are annoying. Then again, so is a keyboard.
You should have seen it the other day. We made our annual salmon fishing trip out of Waukegan, and my buddy landed a 23 1/2 pd King Salmon. I soaked it overnight in Teriyaki marindade, and smoked it. It was fantastic. I took a small leftover piece to work and warmed it up in the microwave, holy smokes! The smell was awful. I'm guessing that the microwave got it too hot and the oils emitted a rather foul odor. I threw it in the dumpster, and the exhaust fans in the foundry pulled the smell thru the entire shop. As luck would have it? The dumpster didn't get dumped for two days.....hehehehe...I wasn't even there to enjoy it. Some might say I was a little stinker. Who knew such a small piece of fish could be so powerful?
