This was his reply: He said there are no big underlying issues here w/the 10K,just slower service and a lot of back and forth.
Due Dilligence will show that we had some minor mistakes in 2016 that we're working on disclosing in this 10K. As well ,we're trying our absolute best to avoid any mistakes w/this 10 K,so we're being extremely careful. The 10K will be posted rather shortly. Steve Rossi
