I was going to suggest you talk to Steve White to understand their priorities. No puzzle piece has ever said PS would be abandoned. Quite the contrary. Experts would be brought in to assess the value and then it could be partnered. The only thing stopped was pre clinical testing as there just wasn't any money left to accomplish this unilaterally.
In fact, even Tustin said they would do this and did cut back on the program

We don't have 7 more years of trials and dilution. That strategy does not work
