I dont understand how the grey market works. Only by phone? How can we see the price of the stock after 8 september? I dont understand too who would by this if nobody trust in future. The class action made by a law firm can help in something? Who has our money? The Sec or Bitcf?
You keep mentioning that one...as if all greys are one and the same. You present yourself as an expert in the greys. Have you ever even traded stocks on the greys? Cause I have. Better option than a DTC chill for certain.
You never answered my question...if FINRA and the SEC were suspecting fraud and so concerned, why didn't they just slap this with a DTC chill where then it WON't be able to trade?
Also, 'suspecting fraud' seems like a big stretch...even for you. Can you highlight where in the SEC statement you see that being affirmed? I must have missed it.
