Jules2 it never ceases to amaze me how little value the stingy public place on the excellent service and support they get from many small or medium size PC shops, the value they get from these shops far outways the meager margins these shops make on the systems and parts they sell. I have found that the downturn has really weeded out the chaf, most of the small or medium shops that have survived the downturn have good to excellent support.
