That is correct out of 1,586 Suspended SEC Registered Filers (for Financials delinquencies) sent to the Grey Market and then revoked - 2 were reinstated.

Let's look at the FTNW:

"The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of the foregoing companies due
to a lack of current and accurate information about the companies because they have not filed certain periodic reports with the Commission."

So FTNW was suspended for filing delinquency.

HJOE:

It appears to the Commission that there is a lack of current and accurate information concerning the securities of Hangover Joe's Holding Corp. (“HJOE”) (CIK No. 1388132), aColorado corporation located in Nashville, Tennessee with a class of securities registered with the Commission pursuant to Exchange Act Section 12(g) because it is delinquent in its periodic
filings with the Commission, having not filed any periodic reports since it filed a Form 10-Q for
the period ended September 30, 2014. On January 21, 2016, Corporation Finance sent a
delinquency letter to HJOE requesting compliance with its periodic filing requirements but HJOE did not receive the delinquency letter due to its failure to maintain a valid address on file with the Commission as required by Commission rules (Rule 301 of Regulation S-T, 17 C.F.R. Section 232.301 and Section 5.4 of EDGAR Filer Manual).

Remember when you posted dozens of times it wasn't a big deal about the address - that didn't work out very well.

So 2 out of 1,583 or 0.13% of the companies suspended made it back and DHCC us basically a zombie ticker - so one company has relisted and been successful.

How did you verify that HJOE was taking care of toxic debt - is that what Adamson stated in a social media post?
