Thanks for sharing with us, no_brag, for it sure does sound like you had a really positive experience with Mr. Canouse. For, on the telephone, he seemed to present himself in the same manner to me: very business-like & very positive, with a clear & attainable business plan, ''the which all is growing nicely, even if not as quickly as I would like it to be growing!'' He seems very confident about NECA'S future, and how he wants to get there!!! IMHO. GLTA & VIVA NECA!

$Neca Last week I met the CEO of NECA! I went to Facebook and found his location and took a drive to his store location. After hearing for months that the store was closed and Jeff was gone, I was not sure what I would find. When I pulled up to the store I saw two guys walk in, I soon followed. Once inside I asked one of the guys if Jeff was available. He said I'm Jeff can I help you. I told him my name hoping to put him at ease but it did not he then folded his arms and got ridged his face blushed. Then I said don't worry I'm not here to cause trouble I'm a shareholder and smiled he smiled back and relaxed invited me to sit down and we chatted for almost a half an hour. I asked about his location, his nearby competition (there are other title companies nearby) and plans for the future. He showed me some of his current business going on, we talked about what separates him from the others. Talked about his banking past how he left the security to strike out on his own. He was very candid and so was I, he looked me in the eye at all times and his body language was comforting to me. He was genuine and not trying to soft sell me, nor did he pander to me. He let me ask questions freely and did not duck anything I asked. And his answers were pointed and concise. It was a very good experience, and keep in mind he did not know I was coming.
