"but apparently did not feel like it" says it all. That is the problem with many of these OTCs over many years. That attitude puts shareholders and their money in a very vulnerable position...and even more so then it should be on an OTC stock following the law. To many years of just taking peoples money and doing with it what they wanted with no regard to the owners of that money! Sure hope this is a bright spot moving forward for OTC even though it is very hard for many of the investors here and I understand that and a hard lesson. I have had a large investment in the past go Grey stock then be SEC revoked and also one that they just cancelled the stock and it was not done by the SEC. Just pretty much decided my money and claim was over and gave the company to the creditors. This kind of stuff has to stop.
