The SP drop is from the exodus of the speculative traders hoping to hear of a BO or merger news from the CC. I believe we will see further drop at opening bell but a rebound later of people buying "cheapies". The BO is still on the table and actively being pursued. It's just a matter of who is willing to wait it out.
