That's the thing though right. It's a reverse merger. There was no need for assets or real cash other than minimal operating expenses and intellectual property/patents to be put into shell until name was approved by finra imo. The 10q only tells us what was done prior to June. Ya don't put 3 years into RnD and get a patent in China, US and international and not have money behind it. I have a feeling this will turn out to be a real deal company. I wouldn't be too surprised to see it hit highs again eventually if so
