Exactly, penny, as I've been saying, one doesn't acquire a subsidiary to effect a R/S, lock-up shares for 3-6 months, and do nothing....FCOL!

UNGS management bought AMHD for a REASON, and that's to channel a very decent business though it and create substantial value IMMEDIATELY!

Why wouldn't UNGS just take the private companies "public" thru the UNGS shell? Certainly seems like the logical thing to do ?

A merger between this and UNGS is a good story , but taking the private companies public via a separate shell doesn't jive

Tonight, I decided to do a bit of digging into UNGS and what exactly the company does.

The Company sells paper. Paper companies, paper PR's, Paper share certs.

It is a scam.

What does AMHD do? Same thing???
