A lot of time, with patents in a filing, you need an attorney signature for those. And they are not cheap at all. Luckily we know we have cash on hand.

In the email he sent me prior to that, he sent me this as part of his response as to what needed to be done before the 10k is posted:

Send the amendments and tie up two lose ends (one from me and one from a lawyer) and we’re at the finish line.

That was his response when I asked when he anticipated those loose ends would be taken care of.
