Sounds like partisan bullshit if I ever heard it. According to specialist Arkin they should NOT have destroyed Iraq's WMD and its infrastructure so as not to upset ongoing covert operations aimed at overthrowing SH? Wouldn't that seem like a reasonable game plan.........taking out SH's WMD before attempting to overthrow him? Especially since he had been known to use them domestically in the past?
