I wish I had answers to your questions. I can think of some hypothetic reasons why, but I have no basis for determining if they are plausible or not. If there is some master plan, and all that we're observing is calculated, I'll be the first to call curent management geniuses if they pull it off.

I just can't believe that experienced managers of a publicly traded company can be so oblivious to the state of the stock and the appearance of the company to the outside world. It has to be intentional. And that leads me back to assuming that this has something to do with the warrants.

The pinks have a traditional of incredibly poorly managed companies. If you ignore the management changes and the pathetic stock price, IVFH has made huge progress towards profitability and a real business model. People who can accomplish these goals aren't stupid. There's a pony somewhere in all this.

negger this is write off. It's dead money. I got sucked into the same crap and believed in all this revenues, business model and all standard stuff. Penny markets are fucking MOMO and no one gives a shit oif company makes 100 million or 10 million and there is no connection between these two. Once the momo fades all these stocks die and become worthless. This is going nowhere and most likely tank to 0.001 or zero, whi the F will buy this stock barring few people. Untill these azzholes do something and pump it this is dead money. Don't average down, just ride it or let it go to zero. It's your luck

when the stock tankes this low no one gives a shit anymore. This could have market cap 100K and revenue 10 million, penny stock market is scam and momo, there is nothing called as fundamentals, imagine the warranst are at 0.005 and stock at 0.009, what a fucking mess

we all lost our ass on this POS and I consider it's our mistake to read this penny market, Sam or Joe can't do a shit if MOMO says F. The momo left this in dust after Joe said F to all IVFH board..
