Yes, maybe Lakeshore can simply just ditch ECOS and proceed on their own. That is if the LLC owns the licensing agreements.

If ECOS, not the LLC, owns the agreements then Lakeshore may be DEPENDENT on ECOS to obtain additional remediation units (and perhaps even operate them).

Otherwise why would Lakeshore be even bothering with this failing shell of a company, as you describe it.

Yes i don't think that there will be a RM. and since so many people have accumulated 2's it will take an eternity to move out of trips. I will still give the company a few weeks to let us know whats up with the share increase ( bc selling before then would be foolish)- but any hint that future business will be prolonged/ developed i will dump at cost and move on. It's a slow time for the OTC right now. Not a lot of sexiness out there and right now ECOS is proving to be a typical OTC ticker.
