Even if patients are receiving immunosuppresants, it still may not be an issue.

One of the major challenges with immune therapies that has been brought to light in the past 1.5 years is that too strong of an immune response is just as bad as too weak of an immune response. There is a lot that clinicians and scientists still do not know about immunotherapies, so I am not convinced speculation about treating or not treating fever is useful at this point.
