Let's not take a chance on someone with a proven track record of increasing shareholder value that might have nefarious intentions to steal our IP for bread crumbs. Better to stay with the status quo where we know the crooks and how they have enriched themselves at our expense.
He didn't say Bavi was worthless to me. He said they were assigning zero value to it. He also indicated it didn't matter what they thought about Bavi's valuation. What mattered was the valuation that the independent agency provides it when/if that time comes.
