Horsebfree, look up Soon Shiong's history. He have done cheap low ball buyout more than once. There is a high chance Soon Shiong doing the same thing to Cytrx. It be fine with us picking up shares at 50 cents. But, the original holders holding millions worth in the dollars will suffer big time. They will not allow it. That's why RS failed the first time.
