Apcentive held 40 million shares of ABWN and disbursed that same 40 million shares of ABWN to its shareholders on a pro-rata basis in July, 2017.
Therefore, no increase in shares of ABWN. Plus, the 40 million shares of ABWN that were disbursed are all restricted securities.
