If E&Y was doing the Sulja audit, those on the client-serving side (audit, tax) would have to sell Sulja and could not buy it either. We have a global list of all of our clients, known as the global independence list. Those in audit and tax get updates of new clients on a regular basis. I'm not on the client-serving side anymore, so I don't have to worry about owning it.
