Why does no one ever talk about no insider buying, or did I miss that conversation?

DEFINITION of 'Insider Buying' The purchase of shares of stock in a corporation by someone who is employed by the company.

I guess I am not certain to whom you are referring. Those who work for the company get their shares for their labors. Others within the industry in the know? Its possible some of this already happened.
