Most stocks are reverse mergers, btw. They happen daily. From what I remember, none of those other examples were resets.

Those examples people keep showing are not actually price resets.. they are stocks that gapped up because of a reverse merger... The stocks were basically dormant so the players got market makers to offer shares and to bid for them.. hence establishing a new market. Rufus has all the ingredients except for the market makers and the dormant stock... oh.. wait.. those were the only ingredients.

Actually, in most cases, the financial statements have little to do with the gap.. usually it is the story.. and here we have had the merger.. we've had the story and there really is little left to look forward except the outside chance there will be a 10K at some point in the future before this is delisted to the pinks. Will it live up to expectations??? Personally, I give it a 0% chance of that.
