LOL! I have confirmation that Howzie DID, in fact, deliberately ignore the first statement that included the simple term "example".

Thank you for clearing that up.

However, acquisition, reverse merger, or whatever... there is such a thing as an s-4. There is also such a thing as an audited valuation. Lastly, there is such a thing as share restructuring.

Both CSHD and the EXAMPLE I posted contained all three... errr... at least that is what we are speculating on with CSHD.
