We are unable to file our quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the year ended June 30, 2017, within the prescribed period because we have limited financial resources and personnel and have been unable to timely complete and verify our financial statements.
Lights are going to go out before this ever gets launched. Not much time left to diddle with the Beta and get a Commercial Load out the door !
