The Surviving company (FHAL) decided what choice they wanted to use.. and notified CVSH of that choice. The merger closed on that basis and that was that. If they elected (chose) to use number "C", that was done on the 13th and the reset has already occurred on the books.. which is the only place it will occur.. Was it good for you too?
