I think it's the 15th. The 45 day thing is flexible for day ex. If a filing date is a Sunday, for ex. They file on the Monday even though its more days. Either way something has to be filed today or tommorrow is accurate whether the 10q or extension.

I believe he said smart financial people will be doing that work, he really should not be involved with finance questions on a daily basis. Waste of his time making deals.
